If the link or WiFi data is printed into the code, nothing on qrfyy can turn it off. It keeps working as long as the destination itself still exists.
Paid dynamic codes
Those codes point at the vendor's short link. If you stop paying, the vendor can disable that link and the printed code dies. That is a subscription, not the QR image aging out.
The destination can still die
The square does not expire, but the page it opens can. A deleted menu, a closed Drive file, or a changed WiFi password makes a working code feel broken. Update the page, or print a new code.
How to check an old print
Scan it with the phone camera or the qrfyy scanner. If it opens the right place, leave it. If it 404s, the image is fine and the link is not. Editing the destination after printing is a different job, covered in static vs dynamic.
