Feedback QR Code: Get Survey Replies
Open a survey form. Do not use this for a Google review link.
By James Dom · ·
The form is the destination
Paste a Google Form or any other survey URL. The code opens the questions you wrote. A Google review is a different link and a different page on this site.
Put it where the reply happens
A table card, a receipt, or the end of a visit works. Write “Tell us how it went” so people know it is a survey, not a payment.
Ask for one reply
A form with a few questions gets more answers than a long survey. The code cannot make the form shorter. Edit the form, then paste the same link again only if the address changed.
