How to Turn a PDF into a QR Code
Share a PDF with a QR code by linking to the file, not by stuffing the PDF inside the code.

Host the PDF first
QR codes are too small for a full PDF. Upload the file somewhere public (your site, Google Drive with link sharing, or similar) and copy the URL.
Generate the code
Paste that URL into the PDF QR page or the homepage generator. Download and test the scan.
Make sure a phone can open the file
A Drive link that asks for a login will fail for a customer. Set the PDF so anyone with the link can view it, then scan the code on a phone that is not signed into your account.
Print size
On a flyer, start from the print size guide: about one tenth of the scan distance, then test the print. Leave a blank margin. Use SVG if a printer will scale the file.
FAQ
Will the QR still work if I move the PDF?
Only if the URL stays the same. A static code always opens the original link.
