One sign, one link
Paste the public listing, a PDF brochure, or a tour booking URL. The code opens that page. It does not list the house by itself.
Print for the distance
A yard sign is scanned from the sidewalk. Make the code large, keep a blank margin, and use SVG if a designer places it on the board. PDF and EPS wrap a PNG, so enlarging those files does not make the code sharper. Test it from a few steps away.
Match the code to the board
When the listing changes, the static code still opens the old link. Reprint, or use a Dynamic QR if you know the board will stay up and the URL will change.

Only if the link you paste is an index of listings. One static code stores one address.
