Video QR Code: Link to YouTube, Vimeo or a File
Point a QR code at a video page. The video stays on the host.

The video stays where it is hosted
Paste a YouTube, Vimeo, or other https link. The YouTube page is the same idea for a channel or a video. qrfyy does not upload or play the video.
A file link still has to be public
A video file in Drive or on your site works only if the link opens without a private login. Test the scan on a phone that is not signed into your account.
Say which video it is
Put the video title beside the code. A square with no words can look like a payment code on a counter. This code only opens the link.
FAQ
Can the QR code contain the video?
No. It contains the link. The phone opens that page and plays the video there.
